Hard Times Farm

A farm in the Mottram area of N.E. Cheshire. In the distance is Hollingworth, and the River Etherow which forms the boundary with Derbyshire.

If it ever gets the go ahead, the Mottram, Hollingworth & Tintwistle bypass is due to cross the area below the farm.

I don't suppose the road will do the farm much good, but the photo is excellent.

What an amazing photo of the farm buildings with the town (or is it village) of Hollingworth in the distance.
