Booth's Well is dressed each year by members of Gee Cross & District Women's Institute. The 2009 theme was the Bandstand in Hyde Park.

We occasionally have bands perform in our local park, but there isn't a bandstand like that here. There IS one in downtown Vancouver, though!

Very interesting, - I have heard of dressing wells while visiting one of my husband's crew members - Arthur Brown, who was a Postmaster in the vicinity of Gee Crossing and Hyde. Thank you for this posting.
