Interesting image! Are these goats really dangerous? I notice that Welsh has adopted some words from Latin such as "periculosus", funny. The sign seems to be the central element, surrounded by interesting details like in a frame. Good that one cannot read the text, it would distract.

@Erik: I don't know quite how dangerous the goats are - I've another photo of them at The sign is not warning about the goats but about the dangers of wandering onto the sandbanks and getting cut off by the incoming tide. The goats live on the Great Orme which is a small adjacent mountain.
